I'm replacing a range/oven with 4 top burners and a single oven that has a three-pronged plug with a new range that has two ovens, one small and one larger, 6 top burners, and a four-pronged plug. The new oven also has a four-wire connection to the back, including a green wire which I assume is a neutral or ground. The current outlet is three-pronged. Do I need to replace the outlet with a four-pronged one, or can the green wire attach to one of the other wire connections?

I replaced the control board on my Jenn-Air double ovens (model JJW9630DDS) because the ovens would not come on, possibly due to power surges during a storm. Now, only the top oven works, and the bottom oven's functions won't come on. What could be the issue, and what should I do next?

How do I reverse the dryer door on a Maytag Bravos XL dryer, model # MEDB835DW1, to put the hinges on the other side? I have already removed the door and all screws, but need to know how to detach the dryer door outside from the inside of the dryer so I can move the hinges and retrieve a screw that fell inside.
