I need a replacement part for my Beko refrigerator, model # G91629NWU. The flap along the left side door is broken and does not allow the door to close all the way unless manually flipped back into place. The flap cracked a few months ago, and last week, the little knob at the top that slides into a piece attached at the top of the main part of the fridge broke off. What replacement part do I need, and can I send a picture for verification?

I have a Sub-Zero refrigerator model 650 or 660 with a bottom freezer drawer. I removed the top basket due to broken wheels causing the drawer to jam and not close properly. Now, the freezer is not working. Is there a switch or mechanism that the drawer might have triggered to make the freezer work, and how can I troubleshoot this issue?
