I need help installing a new dishwasher. The installers suggested disassembling the Lazy Susan and replacing the existing valve with a 1/4 turn ball valve with a 3/8 connector and a water hammer arrestor. They also mentioned cutting the copper pipe and fitting it differently. I want to know if I can just cut the copper pipe at the point it wraps around the Lazy Susan and add a 3/8 connector instead of tearing up the Lazy Susan and adding another valve under the sink. Additionally, I need advice on how to handle the electrical connection and whether to use Mapp gas instead of propane for soldering.

I have a tech question about my Electrolux washing machine. It's a front-loading model, a few years old. This morning, I found a piece in the soap dispenser area after cleaning it. I'm not sure what it is for, but I assume it has some purpose. Can you help identify it and advise on what to do next?

I have a Whynter 164 bottle wine refrigerator that was installed in December 2018. It started freezing wine in the upper portion last week, causing some bottles to leak and push out corks. We cleaned up the mess, unplugged and plugged the unit back in, but have not put the wine back in. Not all bottles were frozen, and none in the bottom section. What should I do?

My Maytag MVWB955FC1 control panel lights up, but sometimes when I try to change the selector switch, it doesn't respond. I have to unplug the appliance for 12 to 24 hours to reset it. The appliance is 2 years old, and this issue has been occurring for 2 weeks. Sometimes it works for days after being unplugged, but it acts up after sitting for a day. What could be the problem?

My Maytag QuietSeries 300 appliance is not starting. It just started doing this, and I have tried opening and closing it. Is there anything I can try?

I need to replace my old KitchenAid stove model #KERH 507YBL2 with a new one that fits specific measurements: 24 inches deep (with some flexibility), 30 inches wide exactly, and 36 inches from floor to counter (with some flexibility). The new stove must have a sloped back or no back ledge at all, and the controls should ideally be on the door. Additionally, it needs to fit next to an under-counter microwave without any interference. The stove should be KitchenAid brand and black to match the rest of the kitchen appliances. What model number and specifications can meet these requirements?
