I need help with a broken plastic knob on my GE washer. I contacted Appliance Tech, but they want to charge almost $100 to send someone to my home. I just need them to find the knob and then come to install it. I have the model and serial number of the washer. I also tried contacting Just Answer, but they did not provide the service I expected. Can you confirm that you have received my request and that I have been removed from your pending list?

My oven has a picture of an hourglass and plug with a red circle around it, and I can't use it. It's a gas oven, about a year old. I've tried shutting off the circuit to restart it, but the symbol still shows up. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I'm running test code t08 (hot water valve test mode) on my GE GFWS1500D0WW appliance, but when I hit the start/pause button, "SEA" or "5EA" appears on the display instead of "h0t". What does SEA or 5EA mean? Additionally, during the t07 test (water heater test), I don't see an increase in temperature, and sometimes the door does not unlock at the end of a cycle.

My Whirlpool GR9SHXKS01 freezer section is not freezing. I have cleaned the condenser coil, under the door, and set it to the coldest setting. The refrigerant lines behind the panel at the rear of the unit are getting cold, and it does not appear to be short cycling. Is there an overload somewhere?
