I need to install a replacement part on my front load GE dryer GFD49ERPK0DG. The part is WE01x10396 Steam nozzle cover. There is a retainer ring and I can't figure out how to install the ring first. The blue nozzle cover looks like it just clips into the retainer ring but I can't figure out how to install the ring - I'm wondering if the ring needs to be installed from the back of the dryer with other parts which is a bigger task that I probably can't do myself.

My Monogram appliance (model ZISP420SKCSS) has been leaking from the top front for 2 months. I have opened the top and checked the water valve, but no leak was seen.
