I bought a used gas (LP) stove that seemed to work fine until last week when I noticed yellow flames inside the oven (4 to 6 inches) and then the CO detector went off. I've taken it apart (lots of soot) and can't find any air restriction, and have adjusted the air shuttle from closed to open with no noticeable difference in flame color...still mostly yellow. Does that point to a bad regulator (it has been modified for LP gas with maximum pressure on spring to diaphragm)? The stove is a Tappan model TFG328GSB, about 20 years old. The top burners are nice and blue, but the oven has recently started with the yellow flame. I plan to do the work myself.

My Kenmore fridge makes a clump of ice in the ice dispenser. The ice is in the auger tray below the ice maker, and I can't remove the ice maker. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator model GB2FHDXWB02 that is not cooling. The freezer is fine but the refrigerator part is 54 degrees. It did the same thing about 2 weeks ago. A repairman put in a new damper and the P-Trap drain tube. The refrigerator worked fine for about a week, but now it is warm again. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix it?

We have a WFC7500VW1-C19 front loading washer that stopped spinning. The machine works fine until it is time to spin, and the cycle stops between steps 8 and 7. The pump is working fine and the water is draining. The clothing is wet but not drenched. What could be the problem and which part should be replaced?

My Amana high-efficiency washer, model NTW4516FW1, is not completing its cycles properly. It starts to fill with water for about 5 seconds, then the motor tries to spin but only moves about a half turn each time. The lid locks, and I have unplugged it for a reset, but the issue persists. What could be the problem, and is there a simple reset sequence or something else I can try before involving my landlord?
