I own a Mr. Heater with two burners. One works perfectly but the other will not stay engaged. You can get the burner started but when you release the prime, the unit goes out. The heater is a propane unit, purchased about 3 or 4 months ago. This issue has been ongoing for 2 or 3 weeks. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

My GE fridge model PZS25KSEBFSS has a problem where the refrigerator side doesn't cool, but the freezer still freezes. A technician found that the interior fan is frozen over with frost. The fridge is 7 years old, and the issue was last noticed in September. I am 86 years old with cancer and Parkinson's, so I can't do much to fix it myself. When can a technician come to defrost the interior fans?
