I own a Viking Range: Model VDSC485-6QSS. The left-hand oven (smaller of the two) has a runaway temperature condition. There are two temperature probes in the ceiling of the left-hand side small oven. The right-hand side temperature probe is blown out on the end, so I suspect that the thermostat is bad. I can follow instructions and make this exchange, but I do not have any information on how to change the thermostat if that is indeed the failing part. The oven was installed in 2002. Is there some other model information that you need? Do you have clear instructions on how to replace the thermostat?
