I purchased a GE combo microwave and wall oven about 3/4 months ago. The inside of the oven has discolored. I contacted GE, and a service tech came out, took pictures, and said he would submit the issue to GE. After two weeks, I haven't heard back from GE, so I contacted the tech again, who said he would resend the information. The oven is electric, self-cleaning, and I've tried oven cleaner and the self-cleaning feature, but the discoloration remains. What should I do next?
