I purchased a Whirlpool microwave (12/12/23) and had it delivered and installed. When I tried to use it today (2/6/24), the control panel is dark, and it is completely unresponsive. The fan and light turn on, but there are no error messages displayed. The microwave is properly plugged in and on a dedicated line. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

My front-loading washer, model GFW550SSNWW, is not starting. It goes to the door lock signal but nothing happens, then it displays 'door' on the screen. I replaced the door latch assembly, but the issue persists. The unit is only 2 1/2 years old, and the hinges and door strike seem fine. What could be the problem, and what should I do?

My stacked washer dryer, model GUD27ESSMWW, is not going to the final spin cycle. It locks the lid, agitates during the cycle, and drains, but fails to click over to the final spin. Additionally, it no longer fills with water and the mode shifter seems stuck. What could be the issue and how can I confirm it?
