I recently had my new LG center washtower installed. The tech guys installed it for me and did a quick test run. Now that I'm ready to do my laundry, I don't know why when I push the power button (looks like play/pause button) it's not coming on or beginning. Please help!

We have a Maytag Neptune 6700A Dryer. About 4 months ago, the electronic board went out and was replaced. Recently, the dryer started to dry a load, paused briefly, restarted, and then stopped. The display appears, but when the selector button is pressed to start it, all that is heard is a 'click' and it won't start. Unplugging and plugging it back in did not help. What could be the issue and what steps can be taken to resolve it?

I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner II washing machine that will wash for a few minutes and then the normal light starts rapidly flashing, preventing further operation. The control panel and keypad have already been replaced, as well as the thermal fuse. What else could be causing this problem?
