When I try to get a cup of water from the dispenser, water leaks out from the ice tray. Is my Whirlpool refrigerator level with the ground, or tipped slightly forward? How old is it? How long has this been going on with your Whirlpool refrigerator? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you?

I have a GE washer, GTW680, that will not turn on. The power to it is good, and it just reached the 5-year mark. It worked last night, but now it does nothing even when plugged into a different outlet. The drain hose is not clogged. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?
