My GE Profile refrigerator (model PFSS5NJX/PFSF5NJX) is not holding temperature in the fridge or freezer. The fridge is around 56°F and the freezer is around 54°F. Where is the hot points gas pilot light screw located for the burner on a 4-burner stove? I have the lid raised and can see the burners. I want to increase the pilot light height for the burner to light. Need a picture or diagram.

Water stopped during a measured fill and won't dispense afterward. The ice maker also can't draw water. Model WRX735SDHZ00, installed in 2018. The water supply to the fridge is turned on, and no plumbing work has been done recently. Sprinklers and other water sources are functional.
