I can't unlock my Whirlpool washer, which had an F21 error before this. I've tried unplugging it and resetting it, but the issue persists. The washer is 8-10 years old, and a repairman recently unclogged the drain, but the problem has returned. I want to retrieve my clothes from the washer and plan to buy a new one. I have a GE PFE29PSDAS refrigerator from 2014. The food in the crisper drawers is freezing, and the bottom left side is too cold while the top shelf is okay. I replaced the damper/fan unit, checked and replaced foam seals, and updated the software. What else can be done to resolve this issue?
