I set my GE self-cleaning convection oven to a certain temperature, and it shuts down and starts beeping at approximately 250 degrees, with the display flashing F9. The LOC ON starts blinking, and none of the buttons work. I have tried resetting the oven by holding down 9 & 0 together for 3 seconds, but the issue persists when I try to heat the oven again. I have also tried shutting down the power and unplugging the oven, but nothing is working. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I have a GE dishwasher. When it goes into the spin cycle, the agitator is spinning but the drum is not. I'm trying to understand what's likely wrong in order to decide whether it's worth repairing or totally replacing.
