I suspect that my water inlet valve is not working on my KitchenAid refrigerator (model KFIL27CXMS). I tested the resistance and it shows 268 ohms, but the expected range is 500 to 1500 ohms. I want to confirm if 500 ohms is a proper minimum value before ordering the part. Additionally, I have 40 psi water pressure to the refrigerator, and the diagnostics water fill test indicates nothing. I plan to do the work myself and have the part out. There are two electrical plugs going to the water inlet valve: one with three leads and the other with five leads. Which leads should I tap to check with my voltmeter?
