I was cleaning my dual feed oven, lifted the heating element, and a small flash occurred in the back of the oven. Now it won’t turn on. The convection oven part also doesn’t work. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My Dacor CPS2305S oven element burned in two, and now the oven, broiler, and convection elements are not heating. The top oven has relays that can be heard but no heat, while the bottom oven components work fine. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I have a Samsung model # RS2534WW that is about 16 years old. I need a new ice maker. Is it possible to replace it? The refrigerator only gives crushed ice and stops occasionally, which I believe is due to it being stuck on crush.
