I was cleaning out my Kenmore Elite freezer. After shutting the door, the motor was running, but when I opened the door again, the interior light went out and the motor stopped. The control panel lights for power outage, door ajar, quick freeze, and one other are lit. Did I break it or is it in timeout?

It may be fine, but you should unplug the unit or shut it down at the breaker for 1 full minute then...

I have a steam technology washing machine that is 17 months old and creating a BANG BANG BANG sound once a load starts the spinning for the spin cycle.
