During the defrost cycle, no water is making it to the evaporator pan and it is leaking on the floor. The Whirlpool WRT112CZJZ00 appliance has started this issue this week. Water drains into the freezer compartment and freezes there. There is no ice maker installed. I have tried sending a small snake up from the evaporator pan, but it did not clear the blockage. What should I do to resolve this issue?
