I replaced three parts (#13 Adaptive Frost Timer, #12 Defrost Heater Thermostat, and #3 Temp Control) in my refrigerator, but it still doesn't get cold. The refrigerator holds at about 48 degrees, there's no frost on the freezer wall or coil, the fan runs but not constantly, and it seems to not run long enough. Can you guide me on what else to check or adjust, specifically regarding part #8 in the diagram, which is a damper control?
