Last week, I called regarding an ongoing interior lights problem with our Kitchenaid refrigerator. After a conversation, I was told Kitchenaid would cover the cost of a replacement module and we would not have a service call charge. Kitchenaid was also supposed to contact our appliance dealer, Ennis Appliance in Columbia MO, but that contact did not happen. We just received a call from Ennis saying they have our module but need to hear from Kitchenaid. Their number is (###) ###-####. Please advise.

I am looking for a comparable replacement part for Fisher Paykel model RX216CT refrigerator evaporator fan motor part #12732603. I was told that in 2009 Fisher Paykel's were made by Whirlpool. Is there an evaporator fan motor by Whirlpool that will fit? Fisher Paykel motor replacement part is no longer available. The rest of the refrigerator works fine and it seems ridiculous to send it to a landfill due to a single part worth less than $100.
