Model MCS130S, do I have to access the back of the oven to remove and replace the lower heating element? No screws on the inside of the oven that I can see. The upper element works, but the lower does not.

Our GE dishwasher start button has stopped working properly. To start the dishwasher, we push the button twice, and each push is supposed to be followed by a beep. Now, we are not getting the second beep, and the machine has a flashing yellow light with a double beep, which usually means the start cycle is not engaged. The faulty start button issue started yesterday. I tried disconnecting the power for a few seconds, checked for a broken latch, and checked the drain filter. The dishwasher is a GE model GDT655SGJ0WW. What could be the problem and how can it be fixed?
