My 20-year-old electric GE Profile oven is displaying an F2 error during the cleaning cycle. I have pressed the off button, but the error persists. How do I get the oven to stop cleaning, and is there a risk of fire?

Good morning Pearl, I have a Whirlpool Cabrio washer. When plugged in, it makes a buzzing noise that continues for a short time after being unplugged. The lid will not lock when the machine is plugged in and turned on, and it is stuck in the sensing mode. The machine filled with water but does nothing else. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

The range surface element control switch part WP74010824 which you sent me apparently does not fit my model JES9900CCS/15. Can you confirm this is the correct part before I order it? Also, I tried to order the part but they do not ship it to Canada. Is there a way that you know of for me to buy the part and get it to my home?

I have a GE microwave oven PEB9159SJSS that has stopped working. The turntable started turning with the door open a couple of weeks ago, and now it doesn't turn at all, and the microwave doesn't heat. The timer still counts down, but the microwave doesn't get warm. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

Our 6-year-old Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator/freezer (Model #FGHG2366PFO) is collecting frost and ice in the freezer section below the fridge. This issue started about a week ago, and I've checked that the vents in the fridge are clear. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I have a Whirlpool double oven and the lower oven will not heat up. I have checked the elements, the fuse, and the temperature sensor for continuity, and they all check good. I replaced the control board about a year ago when the top oven stopped working. What could be the issue and what else can I check?
