My 4-year-old LG top-loading washer is leaving small pieces of dirt on my clothes. I have tried removing the water pump and hoses, running the rinse and spin cycle, and using the tub clean feature, but the issue persists. The agitator and drum plate are stuck and won't come off for inspection. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

My Frigidaire slide-in range accidentally started a self-clean cycle. Everything is locked up but not heating. Is there a way to reset the controls? Turning off and on at the breaker does not help. The manual says pressing off should interrupt the cycle, but it does not seem to work. The range is electric and this is the first time this has happened. I've tried turning off at the breaker for a minute and then turning back on, but it didn't help. The oven is locked into self-clean mode, not heating, and all burners and the oven door are locked out. The model number is FGES3065PW.

The door opener on my Maytag DW-1 dishwasher, installed in 2005, has broken and I am unable to open the dishwasher. The door has been difficult to open for a while, and I cannot get the opener to catch the release. Is there a way to manually unlock the door without removing the built-in unit, and where can I order a replacement latch if needed?

My Whirlpool fridge (model ED2LDE, about 8 years old) is not dispensing water when the filter is installed, but works when the filter is removed. I am on my third new filter. Can I go without a filter, and what could be the issue?
