My Amana appliance is not draining and the cycle was interrupted when my son lifted the lid during a cycle. I have tried canceling and restarting, unplugging and plugging it back in, and holding the start button for 3 seconds. The lid is not locking, and nothing is happening when I set it to drain and spin. What could be the issue and what should I do next?
