My automatic ice maker (model MRC375B-ST) has stopped making ice for the last two months. The ice maker is about 9 years old and has never had its water filter replaced. The freezer is cooling properly, and the ice maker is clean. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to fix it?

I had a new Maytag dishwasher, Model # MDB4949SKZ, installed yesterday and there is a lot of excess water on the cleaned dishes, door, racks, and tub. No standing water is present in the bottom of the tub. How can this excess water be eliminated?

I have an Avanti appliance that is freezing water bottles and I can't adjust the temperature to prevent freezing. The thermostat has a sticker saying it's disconnected, and I've tried adjusting the thermostat to a higher temperature with no success. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My Whirlpool washer basket is not spinning, although it does agitate. I am in the middle of replacing a Whirlpool washer motor coupling, but it does not seem to be worn at all. I am wondering, before I put it all back together, whether the problem may be the clutch drive.

How can I remove the cover on the back of my Samsung fridge (model RF221NCTASR/AA, about 7 years old) to clean the deodorizer filter? There is an odor coming from the fridge, and I have tried using a screwdriver to pop off the cover but am afraid of breaking it.
