My Bob, a pet hair robot, won’t go on my rug. Is there a setting that allows it to go on the rug? The rug has a black border and is a busy pattern with a lot of black. The robot is brand new, purchased through Wayfair - bobsweep. It has been an issue since we started using it last week. It will clean on a solid rug. What should I do?

I have a Sears Kenmore white electric stove where the bake element does not work, but the broiler and top elements do. The oven light is dim when the oven is set to OVEN and off when set to BROIL, but it becomes normally bright when the oven temp knob is on. What could be causing this issue, and how should I troubleshoot it?

My Whirlpool fridge makes a loud squealing noise when running, about 6-8 times an hour. Sometimes it makes the noise three times in a row and then doesn’t start. The repairman replaced the fan in the freezer section, but the noise hasn't stopped. What could be causing the noise, and how can it be fixed?

I have a 2005 Whirlpool refrigerator with a top freezer. Water is dripping into the refrigerator and pooling on the left side of the freezer compartment. I suspect the drain hole in the freezer is clogged or iced over. There is no freezer tray on the bottom of the freezer. How do I remove the back panel to access the drain hole to unclog it?
