My Bosch Vision 300 front-loading washer's drum is not turning or spinning. The belt and drain pump are okay, and there are no error codes on the display. My Samsung DV520AE-02836A_XAA dryer recently had its belt replaced, and the door switch works. However, when I press start, nothing happens, and the red light above the knob blinks along with a t-shirt on a hanger icon on the panel. The drum turns freely by hand, and the dryer worked fine yesterday. What could be the issue, and what should I check?

I have a Maytag washer (model number MHW4300DW) that displayed an error code (possibly E01) due to a water main shutoff.
