My Bosch WFL 1600 went through a wash cycle (detergent gone) but the clothes are very wet. The ready light is flashing, and now nothing is working even though the lights come on and go from ready to active. I have tried various programs and just spin, but no luck. Any ideas?

I have a Jenn-Air electric downdraft range (model JES 9860BAB18) installed 10 years ago in an island configuration with no external vent connection. I replaced the front touch panel, but the vent fan is not working. The display shows 'lo', 'hi', and 'off', but I don't hear any fan. What is the issue and how can it be resolved?

I have a GE Profile refrigerator where the temperature controls do not stay set and the refrigerator makes a clicking noise several times a day for about half an hour before stopping. What can I do?

I have a Bosch Axxis washing machine. When I turn it on, no water is entering the machine, and eventually I get error message F17. I've checked the water lines and there's no problems there, so I'm assuming there must be something wrong with the machine. How can I fix this?

My appliance goes into a lock cycle and doesn't proceed further. Have you tried power cycling the appliance by unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours? Do you plan on doing the work yourself? Is there anything else we should know to help you best?
