My bottom plate is making a ratcheting noise with a little weight on it. The appliance is a Jenn-Air model #jmc9158aaq, serial #10112077ag, from 2002. This issue has been going on for about 2 weeks, and I haven't tried anything yet. Have the front cover off right now. What should I do?
