My brand new Frigidaire dishwasher model # FFCD2413US3A won’t power on. I just hooked everything up and it’s plugged into an outlet that has power. There are no error codes or blinking lights, and the dishwasher is brand new out of the box. What could be the issue and what should I check?

I have a Whirlpool propane gas dryer that stopped heating. I've changed the fuse and thermistor, which worked for a short time but then stopped again, sometimes with notably hotter temperatures.
