I just bought a GE Profile Refrigerator with a bottom freezer, Model: PDRFOMBYCRWW, Serial no: LT304887. It seems to be missing the grille at the front bottom. Can you verify if there is indeed a grille on this model? I am located in Canada.

Our ice maker in our five-year-old refrigerator isn't working. We noticed it wasn't making ice, so we changed the filter, but it still doesn't seem to be getting water. The door had previously frosted up due to being closed tightly. Could this have affected the ice maker, and what steps can we take to diagnose and potentially fix the issue?

I need troubleshooting advice on a GE oven model JKP14WOP2WG that is operating 150F low on the bake cycle without error messages. The time, temperature, BAKE indication, and ON indication are currently on. The oven has been on for 30 minutes with a setpoint of 400F, but the actual temperature is 275F. My research points to the oven sensor as the most likely source of the problem. I have not yet checked the continuity on the bottom burner. I read that the digital display could be calibrated, but I do not know how to calibrate the control panel. What are your recommendations?

I have a Kenmore oven with model number 911-40469690. The digital display went black. Is it possible to replace the control board myself, or do I need to call a technician?

My Whirlpool washer model LXR7244JQ1 will not complete the cycle. When it finishes the Rinse cycle, it pauses, the timer makes some minor ticking sounds, then it stops. I've tried rebalancing the load, removing all the wet clothes, and removing most of the water, but it still does nothing. I've also tried unplugging the power cord, pushing the timer dial OFF & ON, and checking the inlet hoses for obstructions, but nothing works. Is there a reset switch or some other easy fix I can try? I am quite handy and could replace just about any part if I knew which part to replace. Although the washer is over 8 years old, it has only been used for about 3 months per year, so it's in excellent condition. What can I do?
