On pro wash, it takes 8 hours and there's a white film on the dishes, and one time there was no water in it. The dishes were hot but did not break up due to no water. The wash motor runs and it fills with water, but there's soap involved. What type of detergent is causing this issue, and how can it be resolved?

Maytag oven Model CWE5800ACB broiler broken purchased in 2004. Will go for a new oven but need opening dimensions. Not indicated in manual. On initial startup, I put the soap fitting on the unit and have what I assume is an airblock. The pressure has built up, and I cannot figure out how to bleed the pressure off the system as nothing happens when I use the trigger. I cannot take the nozzle off because I am concerned it is pressurized. What should I do?
