My daughter installed a new Midea washing machine (model MLV45N3BMG) and it is displaying an E1 error. She has tried all the reset steps in the owner's manual and contacted the company, but they only offered the same steps she had already tried. The machine fills with water normally but throws the E1 code after about 5 minutes. What else can she try?

My Samsung NX58H5601SS gas range trips the circuit breaker immediately when burner controls are turned to ignite, but the oven works without tripping. What could be causing this and what should I check or replace?
