I have a KitchenAid dishwasher Model KUDS30IXBL2 and Serial # F12006960. The upper rack keeps pulling away from the rollers and falling down. There are no error codes or blinking lights, and the dishwasher is 3-5 years old. I have tried reconnecting the axle on the rack with the wheel in the roller assembly, but it keeps pulling away.
