My dishwasher (model DD608) keeps running dry, with a wrench icon displayed and "F1". I just moved into a new home today and this is my first time ever looking at the dishwasher. I have no manual...any ideas?

I bought a telescope from CVS in Atlanta, GA as a birthday gift for my grandson. We assembled it on his birthday, September 28, 2009, but we haven't been able to see anything through it. I don't know if it's the number 9 or the number 7 hole that's the issue. I tried it again and still saw nothing. I spent $14.99 on it and threw away the sale ticket, so I can't return it for a refund. Is there anything that can be done?

I am working on a Karcher K3.96M electric pressure washer. The complaint is low pressure and the machine surges when the trigger is not engaged. Where is the unloading valve in this machine? Is it the dark gray and maroon check valve in the inlet elbow (part number 90012660 in the spare parts list) and would this cause the surging? Additionally, what does the 'reset looking' button on the electrical box do and what position should it be in? I took off the cap to investigate and it looked as though it had been tripped. I turned the 'reset knob' 90 degrees counterclockwise raising the metal lever which in turn lowered the bill that contacts the pin from the valve body for the soap dispenser. Now the machine doesn't pump at all. How can I solve this issue?

My Maytag Neptune front-loading washer, about 5 years old, does not spin enough to extract the water. What could be the issue and how can it be diagnosed?

My GE Profile dishwasher (model PDW7880.10SS) won't empty. The sink drains fine, and it's not hooked to a garbage disposal. There are no unusual sounds, and the line from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal has some water in it, with the bottom of the dishwasher full of water. I have run the disposal and a rinse-only cycle, but the water remains. There are no air gaps, and the dishwasher filter and screen under the lower spray arm are clean. When I disconnected the drain hose from the disposal and ran the dishwasher, the water trickled out, leaving a significant amount in the dishwasher. What does this indicate, and is it cheaper to replace the dishwasher than the pump?

I have an Amana ALE643RAW Electric Dryer that does not heat up. The fuse is okay, the drum turns, but there is no heat. What could be the issue and how can I diagnose it?
