My door lock on a Samsung J845 front loader has shorted out and burnt the plug connecting to the door lock. The plug connector is burned out and requires replacing. The plug connections have been re-crimped, and there are 3 wires (white, black, and blue) to the lock. How do I connect these wires to terminals 3, 4, and 5?

I have a Viking VESO105 30" self-cleaning wall oven that is not maintaining consistent temperatures. The rod part of the thermostat has eroded away. I need to know the correct part number for a thermostat for this oven and what is involved in replacing the thermostat. I have received conflicting information about whether the entire oven needs to be removed for the replacement. If the new thermostat can be installed without removing the oven, how are the wires connected to the temperature knob on the control panel?

I just purchased a Panasonic A/C remote to replace the original one. It worked when I first tried it, but now it doesn't work consistently. The timer settings are confusing, and I can't get it to blink off when I press set/cancel. I also can't find the model number to get a manual.
