My freezer and refrigerator are not cooling properly. The over temp light comes on, and the temperature rises despite setting the freezer to zero or max cool. The compressor is running, but the freezer and refrigerator are not cooling. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to diagnose and fix the problem?

I have a dual fuel DCS oven with gas burners and an electric oven, approximately 15 years old. The oven door came off yesterday, and I am unable to reinstall it. The Sub-Zero appliances will have Sub-Zero Pro handles, and the Thermador wine column is panel-ready with a stainless panel to match the Sub-Zero appliances. Can we install a Sub-Zero Pro handle on the Thermador wine column to match the Sub-Zero appliances' Pro handles?
