My Jenn-Air side-by-side refrigerator, model #JCD2289ATW, serial 10502928WM, has an issue where the auger will not rotate and deliver ice. The motor on the auger was checked and runs OK. The larger of the two circuit boards was replaced. The wiring from the door to the auger motor was checked and is OK. The ice maker and water dispenser work fine. The ice door opens and the rear solenoid both work when the switch on the door is pushed. Can you pinpoint the problem?

My Kenmore electric range seems to be getting power to the board and elements, but I have no boil or bake function. The burners work fine, and the control board clicks every 30 seconds. I'm getting 120 volts from neutral to bake and broil, and 220 volts across L1 and L2. What could be wrong?

My GE Adora refrigerator stops cooling for hours, comes back, and shuts down again later. The temperature controls for the fridge and freezer go blank, and the Express Chill feature flashes HRS while not cooling. When it came back on the first time this happened, there was a clicking sound coming from the white box at the bottom rear. What could be causing this issue and how can it be fixed?
