How do you force this model into a defrost cycle and how do you end this test? The refrigerator is not cooling, the evaporator fan and condenser fan are running, the compressor is cold and does not run, and there is no 120 VAC to the compressor. I thought maybe it is stuck in the defrost mode.

My Amana electric dryer (commercial quality dryer) runs for about 5 minutes and then stops. After a 20-30 minute rest, it starts again but stops after another 5 minutes. I cleaned the vent housing, which was filled with lint, and the belt is attached. It seems like an electrical issue, and it was making a belt noise before this started.
