My Frigidaire Frontloading washer, Model ATF6000FS1, goes through the wash cycle but doesn't complete the spin cycle. The pump runs and then stops without completing a full spin cycle. The troubleshooting guide suggests checking the door lock for E47 error by measuring resistance on the PTC to determine if the lock or control board is bad. How do I correctly test the PTC and what should I do if the door switch is bad? Additionally, I noticed the pump is noisy and vibrating, could this be a bearing issue, and can I replace just the bearing or the PTC sensor separately?

I need a door lock hook for a Samsung M9247 (J9-1-2 4042-0065) and believe it's the same as the one for my GE micro-oven combo JTP85WAWW. One of the hooks broke off, and I need a replacement part. GE does not sell the part separately, but I was led to believe Samsung did. Can you help me find the correct part or the entire micro door assembly?

I have a GE wall oven micro combo, approximately 10 years old. After performing an oven clean, the door lock is on and the keypad is not working. The oven is cold. How can I resolve this issue and get the door to fully unlock and the buttons to work?

I have a Whirlpool integrated dishwasher DWN 610 that stopped working, beeping and flashing 11 times after starting a wash cycle. I believe the issue is with the optical water indicator or a need for thorough cleaning. I have cleaned the dishwasher but it still flashes 11 times. I was advised to clean the black grate where the filter goes, but I can't access it properly. How can I fix this issue?
