My Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher (Model no: FGIP2468UF, Serial no: TH03096284) purchased in March is not starting up despite all electrical connections being good. A service guy initially said it was due to the parental lock, but after he unlocked it, the dishwasher still won't run. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

Hi Pearl. I have a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, home use, 5 quart, Model K5SSWH, 120 volt. The motor is making a loud sound that is not normal. How old is your KitchenAid mixer? How long has this been going on with your KitchenAid mixer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Repairman should know before I connect you?
