My front loader washing machine, an LG WM3270C, has become incredibly loud during the spin cycle. It will be five years old on 03/30/2018. The noise has increased over the last few months, and I have cleaned the Drain Pump filter. What could be causing this noise, and what should I do?

I have an F71 error code on my 12-year-old Kenmore appliance (model 110.47789701). I replaced the motor control board, but the error persists. Additionally, my door is stuck in the locked position even though it's open, and I can't get the door to stay closed. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?
