My front-loading washing machine is showing an LE code after starting, where it gets some water, the drum turns a little, and then it acts as if it's tied up, repeating this a few times before throwing the LE code. This happens with or without a load. What could be the issue and what should I check or replace?

We installed a new Norcold model 1210 fridge. It runs on both AC and propane, shows no fault codes, but does not cool at all. We have ensured all fittings are correct and left it running for 24 hours, but there is still no cooling. Additionally, the left lower side door flap gets warm to the touch. What could be the issue and what should we check?
