My garbage disposal is making a loud grinding noise. I have tried to reset it with a wrench on the bottom, and it still seems to work, but I'm concerned about the loud noise and recently had a motor odor. Any suggestions?

Just bought a house with an Amana AOCS3040*. Whenever the oven is used in regular bake mode (not using convection), the fan comes on after 10-15 minutes blowing hot air into the kitchen and continues for up to 30 minutes after the oven is turned off. Is this normal?

The control light on my model number KDTM504EPA0 was turned on and now I can't release to resume normal operation. I tried holding the button down 3 seconds as suggested in instructions but still did not work. What should I do to reset it?

I bought brand new GE water filters for my refrigerator and now the water and ice don't work. The model is GE side by side with the freezer on the bottom drawer, Model DFE29JGDAWW. I bought the replacement filters that GE said fit it and they have the correct looking attachments. It's a cylinder inside another cylinder both have an o-ring. I've tried all 3 and they don't work. There's pressure in the system because it spits out when I remove it, plus there's water. The filter fills up with water. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
