I purchased a GE refrigerator from Lowe's 3 years ago. The compressor has failed. Is it still covered for compressor replacement? The refrigerator model is GFE24JSKLFSS. The issue started about 10 days ago with increased noise, and it stopped cooling completely yesterday. The freezer temperature reached 40°F and the refrigerator temperature reached 60°F.

How do I access the freezer for cleaning my Model #WRB322DMBB00, Serial #K44210502? I've removed the bottom wire rack but am having trouble reaching the floor due to the door and the top rack. Additionally, is there a way to turn off the freezer without also turning off the refrigerator, and where and how do I locate the water filter?
