My GE above-the-stove microwave stopped working after I smelled an electrical smell and opened the door to warm some food. I have already uninstalled it and am wondering if we can work out an exchange since there are no GE service centers or affiliated repairmen in my area. What are my options for resolving this issue?

The clock works on the range, but the burners and the oven stopped working. I was using it last night to cook dinner and it just stopped working. I changed the water filter in my GE Profile fridge (model PYE22KYNGFS, 8 months old) and it won't dispense water or ice. An indicator keeps telling me to change the water filter. I've tried reinstalling the water filter and unplugging the refrigerator for 30 seconds to restart it. What should I do?
