My Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator, approximately 12 years old, stopped working. I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in, but it still doesn't work. I'm a disabled veteran and can't move the unit. I also have Cross Country insurance. Do you work in Pueblo, CO, and do you deal with Cross Country insurance?

My Viking fridge won't run the compressor or condenser fan. I tried forcing a start with max freeze and display off, and after unplugging, the fan ran for a minute but turned off. There are no error codes. The evaporator fan is running, but I had 120 volts to the inverter before and now I don't. What could be the issue?

My top-load LG washer (model WT1201CW, about 5-8 years old) is leaking inside the unit into the tub and making a hissing noise from the rear. There is no water coming from the connections. How long has this been going on with your LG washer? What have you tried so far? Just discovered it today. My wife washes about every other day. She just discovered it today as well.

I replaced the cold water inlet valve on my front-loading washer, which is about 15 years old. Now, after the wash cycle is done, water continues to flow into the tub through the right-hand side valve even when the washer is unplugged. The only way to stop it is to turn off the water supply. The original issue was that the auto soap dispenser wasn’t working and I was getting a water supply code. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
