My GE GFWR4805FOMC washing machine's tub doesn't spin smoothly; it just rocks back and forth very jerkily. Gas is on but doesn't get to the burners. Is this happening with all of the burners on my Whirlpool appliance? Have you noticed any other issues with your Whirlpool appliance, such as a weak flame or strange odor?

My JennAir range burners are not heating up. All burners stopped working abruptly a month ago. The burners are properly connected and receiving power, and the fans work. I have a multi-meter and have checked continuity in the wires. The burner lights turn on but there is no heat. What could be the issue and how can I test the incoming power safely?
