My GE model ZIS420NRD has a rattling sound when the climate control dampers open to keep the drawer cold. The noise occurs about 1 or 2 seconds after the upper damper door opens and the fan starts running. I can't see the lower damper door without disassembling more. Is it likely to be the lower damper making the noise, and where can I find a diagram of the climate control assembly to see how to disassemble it?

I have a GE front load washer (model number GFWS2605F0MC, serial number FD142925G) that will not spin on either spin or tumble cycles and makes a high-pitched motor and clicking sounds. The tub becomes locked and will not rotate during this, otherwise it spins freely by hand. The drain pump filter is clean, and the machine will discharge water. I entered the test cycle and tests 10 (tumble) and 11 (spin) produce the same results. There are no error codes. What could be the issue, and what should I check or test next?
